Hanstone Quartz was founded in 2001 with a straightforward premise: professional designers, contractors, and architects needed a quartz surface that showed up consistently — consistent color between slabs, consistent technical documentation, consistent lead times.

Natural stone couldn't offer that. Early quartz competitors focused on marketing drama over manufacturing precision. We chose the opposite approach.

Twenty-three years later, that approach has built a dealer network of 4,500+ authorized partners and a repeat-specify rate among professional designers of over 73% — the highest in our category.

Slab Batch Consistency

Every slab in the same collection within a production run is spectrally matched against a reference standard. Variation tolerance is ΔE < 1.5 (just perceptible to a trained eye, imperceptible in installed conditions). This matters for multi-slab projects like 5-meter kitchen runs and hotel bathrooms.

Documentation on First Request

We keep current NSF, GREENGUARD, and ISO certification documents available for instant download. For commercial projects requiring material submittals, our technical team can provide specification sheets in CSI 3-part format within 24 hours. We've learned that slow documentation kills project schedules.

14-Day Lead Time Commitment

For stocked collections, we commit to a 14-business-day lead time from dealer order to regional distribution center. In practice, our 2024 average was 11.3 business days. We publish our on-time delivery rate quarterly — currently 91.4%.

Our 15-year warranty has exclusions. We list them clearly: heat damage above 150°C, impact from concentrated force, and damage from abrasive cleaners. We've found that professionals prefer honest exclusions over comprehensive-sounding warranties that deny most claims on technicalities.
